At Flexible for curved walls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural solutions. If our products do not perfectly fit your unique curves, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original protective packaging to ensure the flexible materials are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
